What time should the staff arrive?

Our normal rule of thumb is to have the staff arrive two hours prior to the start of your event.  This includes all unloading of the truck, staging equipment, setting up and changing into our uniform.  This time could change due to unusual conditions, such as parking, access, elevators, etc.  

If all product and equipment is provided and brought to the bar location, the set up can be done in less than two hours.

Please note that PBS staff must have a minimum of one hour set-up.
